THE PICE INCLUDES: Bed linen and towels changed every week, Basket of wood for the fireplace, Cleaning articles, Cradle, high chair and infant bath tub.
RESERVATION POLICY: 30/ deposit to confirm the reservation.
Daily cleaning NOT included in the renting.
TIMING: arrival from 17,00 hrs., departure before 12,00 noon. To depart later without supplement, please check the options. From 14 to 20,00 a supplement or EUR 50 is charged.
DEPOSIT: EUR 150; TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEMAGES IN THE PREMISES AND FURNITURE.

OTHER FACILITIES:
Heating included from October to April. Out of these months EUR 2 per hour will be charged in case needed.
Extra bed: EUR 10 per night.
Optional cleaning: EUR 30.
Extra wood basket: EUR 5.
Possibily to provide transfers from and to bus/train station or airport. Rate upon request.
