Casería María Sopeña is located in the village of Pruneda, district of Nava and within the Cider region, which makes this farmhouse the ideal place to start the visit of central (Oviedo, Gijón, Villaviciosa) and eastern Asturias (Ribadesella, LLanes, Picos de Europa).
This splendid rural farmhouse consists of three cosy houses with garret. Inside: stone walls, wooden beams, original structures and natural decoration are the elements necessary to create a warm and cosy atmosphere.
El Malvís
It is a comfortable and cozy house. It has two floors and is made for 4 persons.
In the first floor there is a verandah with barbeque and various furniture and garden. Inside there is a loung-dining room with fireplace, TV set; fully equipped kitchen. A fully equipped bathroom in the floor downstairs.
In the second floor there is a big bedroom with a 150cm wide bed and another one with two 105cm wide beds and a bathroom.
It shares a swimming pool with El Ferre and La Ceriquina.
El Ferre
It is a very comfortable lodging. There are two floors and it can accommodate four people.
In the first floor there is a a garden with barbeque, verandah with furniture; lounge cum diningroom and fireplace, TV set; fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
In the second floor there is a doble bedroom with a 135cm wide bed and another twin bedroom with two 105cm wide beds and a bathroom.
It shares a swimming pool with El Malvís and La Ceriquina.
La Ceriquina
This is a charming traditional rustic and cozy construction. It consists of two floors to accommodate 2/4 persons.
In the first floor there is the verandah with furniture and a garden with barbeque; lounge-diningroom and fireplace, TV set and big folding bed (140 x 200cm); fully equipped kitchen. A fully equipped bathroom in the floor downstairs.
In the second floor the slanting celling give the space a warm and popular touch. There is a vast bedroom with a 150cm wide bed and a bathroom.
Outside, a nice garden and a shared swimming pool give the final touch to the house.
